CLASSICAL V-BELT WRAPPED TYPE
  Banded V-Belt

Characteristics:
* Wrapped construction.
* Concave sidewalls straighten out to the exact shape of the groove, ensuring uniform contact (see picture below)
* Arched top prevents ''dishing'' and distortion of the tensile section, thus uniformly distributes the load on the cords.
* Rounded bottom corners relieve internal stress and offer high resistance to corner wear.

Provides superior performance on heavy-duty industrial drives. lt carries a higher kilowatt rating than banded conventional cross section belts.

This high capacity belt transmits more power and handles higher speed ratios with smaller pulleys than any other conventional V-belt. Quad-Power saves energy, extends belt life and eliminates space and weight problems. Particularly suited for high rpm motors with very small diameter pulleys. Available in XPZ/3VX, XPA and XPB/5VX sections and in ISO datum lengths.



   
  CLASSICAL DOUBLE V-BELT
  HC Narror Banded V-Belt Characteristics:  
Double V-belts combine temperature and oil resistance with antistatic features.
The cord is placed at the centre of the belt cross. section, making the belt flexible in both directions.
Double V-belts are able to transmit approx.50% of the power ratingsspecified for the classical V-belt with the same top width.Asregards to section 25x22, the power rating is approx. 65% of that of a C sections.

The double V-profile of the belt makes it suitable for drives with an s-bend and in which both sides of the belt have to be used for trans.mitting power. This type of drive is especiallyused in agricultural machinery.
The belt is also used for special industrial drives.




   
  VARIABLE SPEED V-BELT
   
  Variable Speed V-Belt Characteristics:
* Engineered notch contour increases flexibility and assures maximum heat dispersion while considerably decreasing running temperatures.
